Perfect location for this hotel, not only for the stunning sunset and views but for the tranquility. Indeed the location guarantees that no hordes of photo-seeking tourists pass by your room and terrasse. Location is great since Imerovigli is lively, provides restaurants and bars and close to Fira yet streets can be walked normally. Oia is 1,5 hrs on foot which is a very nice walk.

A wonderful stay in this place to recommend, for the friendliness of all staff, the customer orientation, the setting and amenities. Thank you

My wife and I went to Santorini for our second wedding anniversary and decided to stay here.

I have to say that the hotel is great! The room we had, while small, had a breathtaking view and was very comfortable.

The restaurant is located on the far end of the hotel which make the view of the caldera basically surreal and every lunch & dinner quite an experience.

The only cons that I will point out is that the gym is outside the hotel (literally crossing the street) and that, while most of the staff is very friendly, a few people in reception could improve a bit -but this is me nitpicking.

Overall my wife and I had an amazing experience and I definitely recommend it ;)

My wife and I stayed here for a week in September. The scenery is the reason most people go to Santorini for, but this hotel is equally as beautiful.
I suppose if you are reading this review, you will have already seen the hotel website and other visitor's photos of the place, so you will be aware of how stunning it is. We took hundreds of photos of the pool, the room, the view at night, the view in the morning, the view of the sunset.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were lovely.
If you are considering going, then do so. You will not be disappointed!

Room tip: Go for the Petra Villas. The views are stunning

Outstanding in every way - service, comfort, views, and taste. The hotel appears to be built into the cliff side, and it has an amazing view of the volcano caldera and passing cruise ships far below. Wish I had more time here. Late September can be a bit too windy and cold, so I plan to return in July.

Room tip: Lower rooms have more privacy

The main place is stunning and has an excellent position on the island. The staff were all super nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok, actually I missed nothing. The food is ok as well but compared to the rest of the hotel it lags behind.
Unfortunately one of the roofs of a traditional apartement leaks when raining (ok, this happens 3 times a year) and we had to sleep on the floor because the mattress was fully saturated (with water ;) )...
And for the first time in greece everything worked (except the roofs) as expected: airport shuttles, taxis and reservations in other restaurants.
So why 4 of 5 stars? Because of the minimal discount for the lost night, the mediocre food and the lack of flexibility when it comes to the position of sunbeds.
