My parking space is a godsend as parking in council carpark in high season is £12.00 per day. This Seaside apartment is split over two levels and is within 2 minutes walk from Viking Bay and is a stone throw from Bars, Restaurants, Cafes and Independent Shops which make Broadstairs such a popular destination.

(bedding is kept in blanket box in Master Bedroom). Bed linen and towels are provided at property. I have a travel cot and high chair at property , along with plastic cups and plates for younger guests.
Broadstairs is a Historic Victorian Seaside town full of Dickens charm and award winning sandy beaches. Chapel View enjoys rooftop views of Bleak House and Grade II listed building St Mary Chapel dating back to 1350, along with partial Sea views.
Please note there are stairs at property which may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
Lounge - Sofa, Cushioned Church Pew, Dining Table/Chairs (6) 2 armchairs, side tables, TV with free view, playstation 2 and Selection of board games children games.
Kitchen - Electric oven/Hob, Fridge/Freezer,Dishwasher, Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer , Kitchen table/chairs (2), Microwave,kettle,Toaster Highchair along with selection of crockery,pans,cutlery and glasses.
Bathroom- Family bathroom comprising with Bath, Electric Shower, sink and Toliet.
Master Bedroom- Good quality King size bed, Wardrobes, chest of Drawers, bedside tables , Iron/Iron Board.
Twin Bedroom- Two single good quality beds, Wardrobe, chest of Drawers , bed side table

So disappointed.............that we didn't book longer than our 4 day stay. The accommodation is just perfect, right in town, just a short walk to the beach, fantastic restaurants, pubs (real ale) and cinema. I used to come to Broadstairs in the 50s/60s and it still remains a lovely town. Anyway, back to our stay. It was easy to find and parking in front of the property, very clean and was well above the standard I've come to expect from a rental.

5* week away in Broadstairs.
Myself and my family stayed in this property from 8th - 15th August (we come to broadstairs every year and have stayed In a few different places) and the flat was fantastic and in such a good location! The cleanliness was second to none and we had absolutely no Covid worries whilst we stayed in the property. Big spacious property with a double room and a twin room with TVs in all the bedrooms. It is on 2 floors with all the amenities we needed! We loved it so much we booked for next year whilst we was there! Thank you to Nicola for such a lovely holiday home and for making us feel so welcome and safe during this strange time. We can’t wait to come back next year! 😊

Lovely January Winter Break
As soon as we arrived at Chapel View we immediately felt relaxed and a home in the spotless clean, quiet apartment. The view from the cosy lounge was peaceful. We enjoyed the walk to Ramsgate and lunch at Wyatt and Jones. I throughly enjoyed our say and will be visiting again soon.

Perfect long weekend get away with our baby
Myself my partner and our 5 month old Son had a lovely weekend staying at Chapel View in Broadstairs. We loved that it was located minutes away from viking bay and the local restaurants and shops.
The apartment was spotless and had a warm homely feel from the moment we walked in and also had a parking space right outside which made it a lot easier with our young baby.
I would 100% recommend chapel view when staying in broadstairs and will definitely be returning again.

Ideal central apartment for Broadstairs
I booked a fairly last minute 3 nights at Chapel View and we all loved the apartment. Really central, car parking space was a real bonus and everything was on our doorstep. The apartment suited us, two adults and two teenagers, who loved their twin room.
The big bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable. Loved the seaside decor throughout.
The reasons I haven’t given it 5 stars is - shower needs arranging differently, there’s not much room to manoeuvre about. The pillows in the main bedroom were quite firm for me, would suit some people.
And the Chapel Bar across the road has a late license til 1am and I struggled with getting any sleep on the Sunday night as this was also a late one. Crowds laughing & shouting at gone 2 in the morning. It was too hot to close the windows so couldn’t really get away from the noise.

Thank you for taking time to write review, I am glad you loved the parking space which is a real bonus and location. I am sorry the pillows was to firm, but I have box in main bedroom with box of space some of which are softer to suit everybody needs. With regards to street noise I am sorry it was to hot to shut my double glazed windows which blocks out most of noise . I supply large fans in all rooms to try to keep apartment cool in event of heatwaves.

My Partner and I Visited Broadstairs during Folk Week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chapel View. The apartment was very clean, beautifully designed with a seaside theme. We have twin boys on the way and we feel that Chapel View will be a perfect first holiday.
