Spent two nights here recently during our Gardaland visit. Slightly expensive for two star hotel, with some amenities not working, but good central location within walking distance to the lake, train station, city center, and even Gardaland itself.
The good: central location, air conditioning and fridge, good restaurant next door
The bad: hair dryer and main light did not work and despite being told staff made no effort to fix anything, late breakfast starting no sooner than 8am, as expensive as 4 star spa hotels in French alps, lots of noise from neighbouring room's toilet, extra tourist tax that was never mentioned in the booking
Bottom line, this hotel is well positioned to serve as a base during Gardaland visit, but it is too expensive for what it offered. Next time at Garda I will look elsewhere.More
