This was our second visit to Lake Como and our first visit to the Grand Hotel Britannia Excelsior.
We found the Staff were first class both in the Dinning Room and on the front desk.
We did find that the Hotel was clean and had all you need however due to being so well used it was in need of a little "upgrade" in some areas.
The Hotel did offer good dinning in the Hotel in the Lido and also at the Bazzoni Hotel which has been very well updated and offer good dinning both in the Hotel and the Bistro and Pasta Dinning.
Overall I would say very good and well priced.
