It's at a great location. Antonio and his wife are the owners. Antonio will provide airport transfers for no charge. I don't think he does the ferry transfers due to the amount of traffic at the port. The villa is very close to the main bus terminal in Thira, however. You can catch a different bus to Oia and that bus stops right across the street from the villa. The location is also within walking distance from Santorini's main square, where all the activities, restaurants, and night clubs are located. Free breakfast is also included so that's another plus. We will definitely recommend this villa to our friends.

Room Tip: Great location.

Cleaner come to the room too early and only change the towel that is on a hanger which puzzled us. She dun seems to wash the cups too - doing just minimal. Breakfast was exactly same every single day during our 4 night stay.

Appearance of the property is lovely. Location is superb - 10mins walk to Fira Town Centre, 1min walk to Firostefani Bus Stop that goes to Oia, 2mins walk to Three Bells, 1min walk to restaurants n supermarts, 1min walk to awesome views that i cannot help but to keep snapping day night sunset n even sunrise!
Cleaner come daily to fix ur room, airport transfers are provided, daily breakfast.
Breakfast even has ham n cheese!
Room is small but sufficient. There is a small balcony as well.
This is a great place to stay - away from noise (Oia, Fira are too noisy), and close to everything u need.
Wifi is ok too. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 4 nights and was very impressed how nice it was for the price. Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was really good, and the couple that run this are very friendly and make sure you have a nice holiday. Such a reasonable price considering they include breakfast (yogurt, toast, cake, coffee, juice) and free airport transfer! I also stayed one night in one of the pricier hotels and the only difference between them was you don't get the view here, however 5 mins walk and you can see the view and the sunset. Is it really worth paying a fortune to have the view on your doorstep when you can stay here and have it just down the road? And if you want a swim take the bus to kamari beach. The bus station is ten minutes walk and from there you can get to all parts of the island.

My partner and I decided to check out Santorini for a few days and knew how expensive the honeymoon island was. We found this great family run hotel that was centrally located and within our budget. The hotel itself is in Firostefani, which is literally just 5 minutes away from Thira - the two towns are right beside each other if anyone is confused. It's right beside a main road so we asked for a room on the other side, just in case.

Our room was a good size - a very basic room with a basic bathroom, nothing fancy. We knew we weren't going to be there much so this was fine for us - a room to sleep in and have a nice, cool shower after being in the hot sun all day. We had air conditioning so that really helped in the hot evenings. We also had a very lovely balcony that had a nice view of the back alley walkway - you can get a good view of the donkeys crossing - a really cool thing to see. We only had the complimentary breakfast once in the morning and it was actually a lot - cheese, bread, etc. Wish I had it more! We also got a free shuttle to the airport, which really helped a lot!

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's literally steps away from an AMAZING view of the caldera, especially to check out the famous Santorini sunsets. The bus stops are right across the street and its only a 10-15 min walk to the main bus station. Again, Thira/Fira is a 5 minute walk over - you can take the back alley walkway or go around to where the famous caldera steps are. This route allows you to talk around the cliffs and see the famous white walls that Santorini is known for. This is the recommended route so you can explore the town and get great views of the sea. Great restaurants nearby, especially Cafe Galina. Also, if you plan on doing the hike up to Oia, this is a great spot to start in.

All in all, if you need a budget hotel that's in a great location, this is a perfect place to stay. Would definitely recommend for the budget-minded traveller!

Room Tip: Get a room that is away from the main road.

We were picked up from the airport (transfer included) and checked into our room efficiently. The room was modern, clean and spacious, including a TV, fridge and balcony. Breakfast was included and was most welcome, toast, cake, tea and coffee, yoghurt and juice. Excellent service and value for money. Highly recommend.
