We arrived at Mimosa for our two night stay after a long drive from Cape Town battling through road diversions after the terrible floods.
Dinner was pre-booked(a must), and we thoroughly enjoyed three courses, two different style steaks for our main courses, washed down with the Mimosa Shiraz.
Excellent service, delicious cuisine and very satisfied.

Comfortable room, cold upon arrival due to winter but the staff were only too happy to supply us with logs for our wood fire. Due to loadshedding laundry was not available but when power resumed they quickly brought us fresh towels for the evening. A pleasant stay would recommend

Very disappointing experience. We booked and were confirmed, and charged for a 2 bedroomed apartment. On arrival we were shown to a 1 bedroomed apartment. Told that there was a problem with the other one's geyser. No forward notification! Then, no wifi in apartment and TV had no reception. The manager, Elma never made an appearance during the 2 days we were there. Carmen was amazing and did her best to rectify all the issues. No word of apology from Elma.. All the other staff were great but we were stuck in the wrong apartment. Manager / staff should at least check that everything works in the accommodation before guests arrive! Very frustrating and we are unlikely to return or recommend to anyone else. Breakfast was fine but nothing special.

It was a short two nights stay. Staf was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted every time they see me. Food was fantastic. Service was great. Cleanliness in rooms very good and rooms were serviced. There was Lovely white Linnen on the beds. Perfect shower! It was a lovely stay. Thank you.

Ate once again at The Grill Room the steak house at Mimosa Lodge - excellent meal !! Bernie was at this best and the service was faultless and always with a smile 😃 the food was delicious
