Very disappointing experience. We booked and were confirmed, and charged for a 2 bedroomed apartment. On arrival we were shown to a 1 bedroomed apartment. Told that there was a problem with the other one's geyser. No forward notification! Then, no wifi in apartment and TV had no reception. The manager, Elma never made an appearance during the 2 days we were there. Carmen was amazing and did her best to rectify all the issues. No word of apology from Elma.. All the other staff were great but we were stuck in the wrong apartment. Manager / staff should at least check that everything works in the accommodation before guests arrive! Very frustrating and we are unlikely to return or recommend to anyone else. Breakfast was fine but nothing special.
