Excellent vacations

One of the best clubmed we’ve visited. Сozy «home» atmosphere, delicious cuisine, spacious rooms, stunning views from the terrace and hiking routes of incredible beauty with wonderful guides. The club's chef is very involved and caring. The reception is responsive to all requests and wishes.

Amazing week at the club . The adolescent group organisers Tom and Charlotte particularly marked me . They added a lot of fun to the week and made the mood excellent throughout the whole ‘PASSWORLD ‘ group . Thanks so much I hope to see you next time .

We managed to go skiing despite everything and it was an excellent experience.
The hotel is located in the heart of the ski resort and turned out to be a pleasant surprise. A good word goes to Eden from the reception, Hebrew-speaking, who was available to us during the week for any help we needed.

This is our 2nd Club Med and preferred to last year. The ski resort is great - lots of nice blues, if that's your level. ESF instructors much better here - thank you Hugo! He was a dream, 'read the room'very well on what WE wanted rather than dictated, often asked about energy levels, didn't push if we didn't want to but made it interesting, took time with the less able to actually teach rather than just guiding the group down a slope. Very good!

The food was excellent. Good restaurant quality, huge amounts of variety, changing every day. A small request would be a better salad bar (more of it, more variety).

Unfortunately I don't think the fitness lady enjoys her job, maybe just not enough people but she didn't seem very happy and the classes could do with some work.
We had a balcony family room - very nice, ok view, would have been tight for 4 people, lots of storage and nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash. House keeping very good.

Nice entertainment in the evening, would have liked the disco earlier, too pooped by 22.30!
Pool and saunas could do with an update- not very inviting, comfortable and would like to share sauna/steam room with husband at end of day rather than gender separate.

Inclusive wine - with option to upgrade for a cost - also very welcome. Inclusive cocktails were OK.

    Overall, really lovely holiday

This is definitely the best first ski experience as we chose the right resort for great hospitality and awesome food. Yes, the experience is consistent to all the other reviews which they do serve the best foods during breakfast, lunch and dinner. For the other asian/rice lovers, they do serve rice every days so they were very satisfying meals for my kids who love rice every meals!

As a first time ski experience,we were in the good hand of coach Julie (SHE IS THE BEST!). She guided us with the equipment, taught us the basic moves, brought us up the hill and showed us the proper way of skiing and snowplough stops. We were fascinated by the facts that we ski downhill on second day and we were skiing on Red slope by the end of the week. It was just so fantastic to learn from the real expert and she is very patience to us all the time and guide us with great support! Absolutely best place to learn ski!

The great thing about Club Med is you can put your kids (7 & 11) safely in the mini club hands where they learned their skiing well, and spent great time for other activities such as family shows. They were having fun while the adults have great time skiing and spending the evening together.

The spa is great and the manager took time to rearrange the slot for us which is a good gesture as we were too ambitiously book the wrong time for spa. TIPS: BEGINNER SHOULD FOCUS IN SKI for the first 2 days and dont book the spa for those days. You enjoy more of the spa later.

Everything is just perfect and the Chief Said and other GOs especially Tim are very attentive to us. Always have a good chat with them and it feels like home! It was really awesome and definitely looking to come back again for the ski and food!

One more tips for SKI BEGINNER that i wish i listened and do, which is to exercise more, jog more and squart more to ensure you have a stronger legs. You will enjoy more of the skiing if you dont have a weak and tiring legs like mine during first day. But it was so amazing on the coming days once you get the tempo!

Thank you again to the team and we really enjoy the experience!
