We loved it! Beautiful water and scenery just like the pics. Be aware it’s an Italian holiday destination so not many English or English speaking staff but we managed to get by. Vincenzo on reception was very helpful whenever we needed help or advice. Food was decent, lots of fish dishes on offfer most days If thats your thing but also chips, pizza and pasta dishes. Room was ok, not stand out but not terrible. Would have liked to have booked one of the ones facing the beach as the view is fantastic. We can’t wait to go back!

I’ve visited this place in August with a family member. Overall it is a nice place to see. Let me share my feedback with positives and negatives points below.
Positive:
* Beach is with amazing views- water is clear and blue + there are a few beaches you can see like wild and with no people around

* There’s is a lot of things you can do (walks, renting canoe- free of charge or SUP-here you have to pay appropriately 15 euro, you can also go and have fun at the sea -aqua gym)

* Food- just perfect!!! This is the first hotel with amazing service I ever saw (quality and fresh seafood) and I’m very picky so for me it was heaven on earth

* I was a bit worried about sunbeds and umbrellas but there is enough for everyone- if you want a good spot you have to get up early morning to occupy- that is a bit annoying but what I've noticed everyone done that I and think owner should put more effort to keep policy to work - have someone from of your employees to keep people off the beach and not to occupy sunbeds before breakfast

* The amazing band playing good music after lunch

Negatives:

* Rooms need to be refresh and do something with a noises comings from the electric building that was a nightmare to get a proper sleep

* Boat from Stefano to Maddalena or Palau should be a bit cheaper 15 euro one person is far too expensive and this is only 5-10 min to get there
* the music on the beach during a day is a bit too loud same at night at my taste

* I would also notice that other nationalities are getting worse rooms then Italians not so nice taking under consideration that we are also paying a lot of money

To summarize it was a great holiday and I will be more than happy to get back if you will make changes especially when it comes a rooms quality

Food 5 stars
Rooms 3 stars
Place in general 4 stars

The place is the only resort on the small island; it a former military base. A boat to the mainlaind (Olbia) is Euro 15 roundtrip, taking about 20 minutes.

The food is excllent. Old man Jhonny grills great meat and fish. There is also fresh pasta, pizza, and variations of paella. The food varies. If you like Italian food, this a place to be.

The beach is adequate, the Italian beach DJs are very funny, the water does not get very deep. Note that there is no swimming pool.

There is also entertainment at lunchtime and after dinner.

The internet is at the reception area, and is not great, so don't bring a lot of work with you.

The rooms are good, with good A/C. There are many Italian channels on TV. The room is cleaned everyday and towels are changed.

Most staff speaks some English at least.

If you want to get away from the world and enjoy the food and the sea, it is a good place to go,

Beach: Clear water, very nice and clean beach. However the sand is “stoney”. Big granules and not comfortable to walk on.

The beach is small relative to the number of rooms in the hotel. Therefore, it is always very busy and can be noisy sometimes.

The island has two other beaches that are 15 minutes walk from the main hotel. They are more call. But very small. And are also not soft sand beaches.

Hotel Rooms: Very good air-conditioning. However the beds and the furniture off the rooms is very basic. Good enough for a three stars hotel.
Restaurant: is very nice and clean. The food is well served. During our stay there has always been a variation in the food that is served in the open buffet.
The food is clean. Good level of hygiene. My kids had no problem eating the vegetables and fruits and the cooked food served in this open buffet for the entire vacation.

Hotel Reception: The hotel staff is very nice. They speak good English and are helpful.

Air conditioning is good in the rooms but week in the Restaurent and reception hall.

There is a nice bar with very nice staff. They make an amazing coffee. I enjoyed it very much.
There is also a little theatre for activities that was much fun. Despite all the activities were in Italian. We were also able to enjoy.

There is a photographer that can help you take good pictures with your family.
There is also a club for kids. Some dancing activities for kids after dinner.

Transport: we are around I will be at airport. And we have pre-booked a taxi to take us from the airport to the port from which you will get a boat to the island. I believe this is the best transport option If you are with a family. Buses are as expensive and they taking forever and stop many times from the airport to the port.

Be careful because some travel agencies promote this resort as a 4 stars hotel. It is not. Good enough if you want to spend time on the beach. Play and swim and crystal clear water. It is however not very relaxing. A little bit noisy. The level of comfort can be improved.
