This place has it all. Updated rooms, well kept park, fountain, trails, and staff. Only unpleasant experience was that the water was shut off for over an hour. Whatever reason it might've been, it was during bath time for my 19 month old daughter. I was furious because she needed to be rinsed off but couldn't. I ended up buying 12 liters of bottled water at the convenience store and heated some water with the water pot and mixed it with cool water to make it somewhat warm for her in the sink. This hotel was fully booked tonight and i can only imagine how many ticked off customers there were. Especially at 10pm. Besides ending our night very rough, this hotel is decent. I would still recommend this hotel but it would be nice to at least get an apology from the manager instead of not answering their phonea from the front desk

I was in agony between 3stars and 4stars when rating this place...
This place have very lovely garden. Family friendly facilities...somehow, their sauna and breakfast was far below average.
But I decided to give 4stars since their apple pie at breakfast spread was amazing

Beautiful place. Workers were very friendly. You might feel rooms are little too old, but it's clean and neat at least. This hotel has nice rooms with cozy atmosphere compare to other hotels in this price. I bet you won't find better one with this price. Had great time with BBQ garden buffet watching great scenery. I could let my kids run around vast garden without worry (they say it's wider than 10 ha). One more thing, there's animal farm in the garden where you can see sheep, deer, rabbit.

Staff is polite and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent bed and heating system. There’s a lot of options for breakfast and the decoration is perfect. The only reason I haven’t rated it with 5 star is location: the hotel is a bit far from everything and taxis are very expensive in this area.

I stayed at the Kensington Flora for nearly a month and I thought it was really comfortable. The room was nice, especially the bathroom. The floor was heated, which was great because it was so cold! It looked like the grounds were really nice, but it was too chilly to explore them much. The staff was the real highlight of the hotel ... they were very nice and accommodating. I didn't eat at any of the restaurants on property, but it was really nice having the convenience store there. The location is a bit remote, but I don't think it would be an issue at all if you have a car.
