It was 2002 and My wife and I got a great room on the top of the Tower. 39th floor. What a view and everything we needed to have a home away from home as we made our decision to make Oahu our final home. Been here 11 years and drive past the towers at least once a week and remember the beginning of our move. Great things within walking distance. Elevator ride to 39th floor was always a blast and only four units on each floor. Awesome. We loved it so much we moved here for good shortly after. Parking in the parking garage not all that great for us from Norfolk VA but other than that great place to visit on the cheap. Aloha Tommy

Please pay attention! Do not book any room at this tower .Lift doggy only one operating with39 floors . No smoke detector in our room very dangerous if you had a fire .Our room has no protection on a window up 30 floors high .In our opinion this place is not fit to be on any site promoting holiday accommodation the whole overall experience was not what we were expecting. We had to leave and pay for alternative accommodation at our own expense.
There are too many issues to list .We are now staying at a nice place and enjoying the rest of our holiday

Room Tip: Please don't book

I wish I could rate this ZERO, absolutely disgraceful.
This place is dirty, rundown and in need of major repairs. There is no check in counter instead a lady turns up at 3 pm at the entry door in the car park, gets your credit card details and hands you the room keys. There is only 1 lift working as the second one is under repair and will not be in repaired until 2019, as the sign on the lift stated, and can take up to 45 min to get to your floor, again as the sign stated. When we finally got to our room and the key would not work so back we go down stairs to get a new key, this time there was another lady lounging in the car park check in with attitude and very un professional. There were 3 other people also waiting for the same reason when I got there.
When we finally got our keys that worked and got into the room it was terrible, it smelt, there were stains on the walls the floors and the ceiling, the bed was very uncomfortable and the fibers were piercing out of the mattress. The bathroom was disgusting and the shower tiles were full of soap scum, and there was a hole in the wall where something once belonged but rusted off.
The very first, and last, night we stayed there, the fire alarm went off and we walked down the stairs to the building entry, only to find a about 20 people down there. No representative, security or fire brigade turned up, so one of the hotel lodgers rang up the fire department and was told it was a false alarm..... WOW how did they come to that conclusion when no one even turned up.
Don't be fooled and stay at this horrid place, this place is so out dated and needs to be modernized.

Check In was more than comical. Outdoors on the driveway; refused request to see reserved and paid for accomodations; check in Manager (argumentive and un-coperative and arrogant as well) walked away and we had to find her in her office in the building next door.

Office staff (evening manager) inisted that we leave a credit card on file for incidentals (when she just told us that they offered no additional services because they were not a hotel).

One elevator, the other under perpetual repair was inoperable with yellow caution signs in front of it. Everyone we rode the elevator with grimaced as they piled in hoping that there would only be a few stops-typically not the case. Extra added attraction was watching the cleaning person exit the singular elevator with her maid cart.

Parking was $25 + Tax. We chose to park our rental on the street.

Vanity overhead light needed bulbs; exterior shower walls deteriorating due to water damage.

No oven, just a stove top with a filthy wire filter; microwave older vintage-but working.

Good TV; benches rather than chairs at round dining table. Differing heights of benches (why?)

Get this-we were on the 36th floor with functional windows and NO SCREENS !!!

Maid service available at $50.00 additional per day; check in paperwork said requests for services should be requested via text from our private cell phone.

We were not told nor did Hotels.com say this property was under renovation.

A/C noisy. Could not sleep with it on. Additional unsettling noises and odors during sleeping hours.

Terrible.. Where do I begin. Check in for this hotel was in the driveway, very unprofessional . No reception!! Forty floors , two lifts & one broken !!Apparently it won't even be fixed by 2019 according to the sign on the wall. Lucky we were only on the 8th floor as we had to take the fire stairs everyday. The room was large & roomy, had a small kitchen & full size fridge. But that's about it... The room looked a bit grubby , stained carpet. The hairdryer was missing , the ironing board was missing, the key to the safe was missing& there was no staff to ask for assistance . But the biggest disappointment was when I fell off the bed because it was broken , the legs collapsed . I don't weigh alot I'm so glad I didn't bring my husband there is no way that the bed would have held any extra weight. See the picture of the legs under the bed I have attached. The room is not serviced daily so there are no fresh towels . Every person I spoke to had nothing good to say about this hotel. The laundry only had one washing machine that worked . The tennis court doesn't look like it has been looked after. The swimming pool very small & only a few chairs. The hotel is in a good location, walking distance from the shopping centre and a street back from the beach.overpriced for what you get, wouldn't reccommend this hotel . Save your money & stay somewhere decent .
