Great Experience!

We stayed in this hotel for the first time, based upon the (mainly) great reviews and easy on/easy off the interstate. There were a couple very poor reviews, but we opted to give it a try.

We found the hotel to be very clean, the bed very comfortable (not too soft/not too hard), the food great, and the staff, warm and friendly. I can honestly say that we were treated like family. Some of the poor reviews I had read related to the elevators. It's true that the elevators seem a bit slow but certainly acceptable. Car 1 actually shakes a bit when it stops on the main floor which can be a little alarming. We quickly learned that Car 2 is a much smoother ride.

We were traveling with four bicycles, and when we checked in with Lynette, we asked if there was any where we could possibly store the bikes inside the hotel. Being in an unfamiliar city, we obviously didn't know if there were issues with thefts or not and didn't want to leave the bikes on the car. We made the staff aware of our concerns and there was no hesitation in assuring us that our bikes could be kept safe inside the hotel. A nice woman by the name of Kay helped us store the bikes in a room just behind the front desk. Both Kay and Lynette were warm and friendly. Knowing that we had expressed our concerns with safety, we were given additional tips to stay safe while visiting the area.

In the morning, we found a great breakfast that consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, waffles, etc. Coffee was great! We met Beth who kept the kitchen stocked, and she, too, was warm, friendly, and very personable. We had such a nice chat with her and quickly learned that she loves her job, and much of it has to do with the people she works with. It appears they have a great team working together in this hotel. :)

We did have one concern about the possible noise from the interstate, but we had a very restful night with no inside noise or outside noise.

It was a great stay for us, and we will definitely stay again if we're in the area.

We stayed for 2 nights with our two teenagers in a 2x double room. Spacious and clean, fridge was handy. Great location for Six Flags.

Breakfast included was really good, you can make fresh waffles, coffee is good. Special mention to Santino who works so hard to keep breakfast flowing, so friendly.

All the staff are lovely and helpful, our kids enjoyed the sweet shop by reception.

Room tip: We ate at Theodore’s restaurant which was fabulous

Santino went ABOVE and beyond for my family and I during our stay. We were in town for a family graduation and Santino was always readily available to answer questions from where to buy Hall of Fame tickets to how to get a cot added to our room. Overall, staff was so friendly, facility was super clean & breakfast was plentiful. As a Hilton employee, I have stayed at a lot of hotels, but this one AND SANTINO are just reminders of why I work for Hilton - We Care.

I stayed here with family and I was shocked after I was charged $ 200 on the evening of the day I left the hotel.

When I contacted them, there was a rude person who blame on me and kept the charges.

I will avoid this hotel and recommend to use any other Hilton branch but not this.

Room tip: Location is on the highway. I will advise not to go outside late at night.

Thank you for your continued review posting across all the review platforms. We appreciate the opportunity to make it known that it is not in fact our standard to assess deep cleaning fees. However, the condition of the room you checked out of was far from standard! The mess left took three employees to clean and forced us to take the room out of inventory for carpet shampooing, after removing a shocking amount of trash. We are sorry that it came off as rude, being held to the terms and conditions you agreed to upon booking can be disappointing. We do hope you'll find some understanding of the situation and wish you safe travels for the future.

The front desk staff were great! They were consistently helpful, restocking my preferred tea flavor and helping me access the pool, in addition to check in check out processes.

My room was comfortable. Rooms are updated, not fancy but nice and functional.

Just another crappy Hampton Inn run by a crappy manager that doesn't really care about their guests. Broken items in room (lamp and toilet). Elevator feels cheap, like it was made by some off-brand company and is very slow. They close their breakfast down at 9:00am, which is very rude to everyone that isn't a business traveler. Pool area smells foul as well. I booked this place because of the good reviews, but feel completely duped!

Room tip: Find a better hotel!
