I felt that there was a bait and switch with the pricing as I booked online on the Hampton Inn website. Initially a price showed up for the Dream Away rate. It asked for my membership number. By the time I logged in (less than a minute later) the Dream Away rate was gone?? When I called reservations about this they could have cared less. Seems like they hear this a lot!? When we got there it was hardly a full house, not like someone grabbed the last room with the Dream Away rate! The other concern I would note is that several guests were walking around without masks and the staff, seeing this, did not say anything.
