I loved loved loved this house, and Marcy is an incredible host! Situated in one of the quieter areas of Springfield, near Baystate Hospital with easy access to the main roads and a short trip to beautiful areas for biking and hiking. This house is a gem! spotless, with fresh flowers, wonderful bed linens, towels a private bathroom equipped with a rainwater shower head, a comfy sitting area open to the bedroom within my uniquely themed room. There is a tranquil area for sitting both on the front and back decks of the house. Breakfast is delish and well thought with incredible service and support! this is an amazing spot for a family or stopping on your way through western Massachusetts. You will want to return to this relaxed and very comfy space. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am a travel nurse for 8 years and emergently booked a room during a snow storm as the location was close to my hospital. I was very disappointed. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, there was no body wash for shower. There was no bath mat after shower.I had to call to find out WiFi password.
There was no microwave so, even though I brought something to heat up, I had no dinner for the night.
I spent almost 100.00 and would have done much better at a hotel with a microwave,vending machines and soap

My husband & I had the opportunity to stay at Naomi's Inn B&B this past weekend. We were staying only one evening and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Marci made us feel so welcome and treated us like royalty. The room we were in, "Simple Elegance: was amazing, comfortable and yes simply elegant. We felt very much at home and looked forward to our breakfast which did not disappoint.

Marci was such a genuine caring humble person. You can tell how much she loves the B&B.

We will stay again, this time for a full weekend!
