Would stay here again; rooms were clean, lobby and other common areas were clean, the staff was very courteous, and the location is really right off the highway. Very easy to get to and from. The price is right as well; I paid $120 for a Saturday evening in March, I thought that was pretty reasonable.

Did not request to stay on pet friendly floor. I would have never booked this hotel if that was the case. I will stay somewhere else next time, which is in two weeks. I was aware that friends that stayed there also had a bad experience.

I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectation. Although we are a 100% pet-friendly we do our best to inform our guest during the booking and on our website. I personally apologize, it sounds like you were not properly informed that the hotel is 100% pet-friendly and this the kind of experience that we would have wanted you to leave us with. On Fri.March 23 2018 my wife and I traveled to Springfield.Ma. to see our grandson play in a Western Mass.High School All Star Basketball game in The Basketball Hall of Fame.Though not far from our home.we treated ourselves to an overnight stay in the LaQuinta there in Springfield,Ma.We were able to check in and relax before going to the early game.It was very nice staying near by and not having to drive far to and from the game. This was our second stay at this location and will do so again sometime.

One of the best L a Quinta's we ever stayed at. We have been here 7 times while visiting family and the people are always nice and friendly. The entire hotel is very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

We had an event to attend at the Basketball Hall of Fame nearby. Just a short ride away. Hotel was Great! Breakfast was wonderful nice selection of food. Very clean, wonderful Staff. Bed was very comfy, even overslept.
