My stay at this hotel marred my vacation . From the construction dust to the backed up sink and difficulty obtaining housekeeping, I would not return or recommend the facility. The hotel also advertised spa services which were not available.

Stayed on the 5th floor (the only one with a mini fridge) I got a microwave at a request for no additional charge. Staff was always friendly and helpful, willing to do a little something extra if asked like Kathy Toms and her staff at breakfast. I needed a quick bite and they were willing to make a custom omelette to go (with specially cooked turkey bacon on the side). Easy on and off to highway, close to local corporations. Will stay here again.

Room tip: As for one with a view of the pool

This is a beautiful hotel who puts the customers needs first. The management and stafff were always friendly and thoughtful. The rooms were spacious, but the property was gorgeous. The four fire pits outside were landscaped beautifully and the front desk gave us individual s’mores kits to enjoy. I do have to acknowledge Kathy Toms the restaurant manager and her team: Clarisa, Mayra, Teresa, and Fernando. These people went above and beyond multiple times during our stay to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. Many times I had to leave early and Kathy even made breakfast plates to go even though the breakfast area wasn’t even open. Outstanding job, we are now Hilton club members!

Overall the accommodations, food, and service at the hotel were okay and met my needs. The best feature of the hotel was the location; a mere minutes away from Sea World.

I picked the hotel primarily for its convenient location as the hotel is close to Sea World which we were visiting over the Christmas holiday in our own vehicle. The hotel had plenty of parking and is relatively close to other dining options and highway as well.

As you enter the hotel, the expansive lobby captures your attention with its openness and floor plan. However, once we went to our floor, you could tell the age of the hotel with the scruff marks on the walls and the spots on the carpet. However, I do want to highlight here that the hotel was preparing to go under renovations so your visit might be different than mine.

We ordered breakfast room service one of the days, and the breakfast was on point. The service was a bit slow (probably owing to the timing of Christmas) but the front desk people were always helpful whenever I had a question or concern.

Overall the stay was nice and if you are planning to visit and want a relatively hassle free experience close to Sea World this is your hotel.

First assigned room wasn’t clean. Room service would not answer phone or return messages for order. TV stopped having service and maintenance was never sent to service the TV and the housekeeper stole two items of my makeup.
