“Great week-long stay in Estes Park”

My wife and I stayed at the Old Man Mountain studio with our 20-month old for one week in August. The property has convenient access to RMNP (we hiked every morning/afternoon during our stay), and was conveniently located a little less than one mile from the town of Estes Park. Sidewalks run from this location into downtown Estes Park, so traveling into town with a stroller was no problem (which we did almost every afternoon). The deck area was a great place to sit during the afternoons and evenings, and the studio was very well stocked with kitchen utensils and other supplies. Laundry services were available on-premise, which was great for a week-long stay. Brian, who manages the property, was always available and very accommodating. We plan to return.

Jean and I are so grateful that we chose the Bunkhouse at Old Man Mountain Studios in Estes Park Colorado. it was super great the property manager Brain so helpful the amenity's wonderful, everything from the Big Horn restaurant, Rock inn restaurant, Rocky Mountain National Park so many things, was with in 1 to 20 miles from the bunkhouse one week was not long enough to see all what we wanted to see, so we are looking forward to be coming back.

“Fabulous....Designed by a Frank Lloyd Wright Student”
Reviewed 24 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

This studio condo was the medium priced unit in a three condo complex. Perfect for a couple or family with one child. Kitchen was fully furnished and came with spices, cooking oils, ketchup, mustard, mayo, paper towels and lots of bath towels. It was conveniently located to downtown, RMNP, and a grocery store. There is road noise, but it subsides by 10 pm and we never heard any noise from our neighbors. We highly recommend this property.

“Cozy, comfortable, super clean studio with a view”

My husband and I just spent President's Day weekend in this studio apartment and loved it. Everything was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had nice big towels (and plenty of them), the sliding glass door offered a wonderful view of old man mountain, there was plenty of seating and lighting for both of us to enjoy reading our books, and the kitchen was fully stocked with spices, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, coffee and all the pots, pans, utensils you might need.

Brian was there to greet us on our arrival, and gave us a nice overview of the place. He shoveled the walk of snow while we were out snow shoeing on Sunday. The guest book has tips for restaurants and the basics for the unit.

We hope to come back soon!
