It goes without saying that the drinks and food were excellent. What really stood out was the teamwork of the staff. The woman who greeted us (Brianna) was seamlessly slipping in and out of several hats. She escorted us to the bar to wait (Friday night and we hadn’t made reservations); showed us to our table; came back and took our drink order (and maybe even made them at the bar); and checked in on us later. Our server (Tristen) was smooth, efficient, and polished. We couldn’t believe it was his first day on the floor. The entire restaurant seemed to operate that way. If one server got held up at a large table others would quietly slip in and fill any void. I would come back here again just for the service! Too bad we live on the east coast.
