We pretty much visit Explora whenever we come to Abq to visit. They have a ton of exhibits and everything is hands on exploration which kids love. They also change up the exhibits so that if you visited last year, you will probably see a new exhibit/modification of an existing exhibit on your next visit. Price is also very affordable

The granddaughters adore going here. They visit from Wyoming and look forward to going every year. This year they are almost 6, 8 and 10. This is their third annual visit. There are always new exhibits as well as old favorites like the bubble room and big blocks. We go fairly early and plan to spend the day. They still are sad to have to leave.

Explora has a wide array of hands on activities which are both educational and a lot of fun. The people can build houses, play in a simulated stream, fly a plane, and many other activities which will entertain and indicate physical principles. The activities are a lot of fun from preschool to adult with challenges for all ages.

This is one place where I've seen that Adults become kids too with so much innovative and creativity all around the Museum. Food for your thoughts/creativity and solving puzzles. So much energy within the arena. We get answers for every smallest to smallest tasks that we have been using in our daily lives and still didn't know the answers. Tasks keeps changing each time I venture into this arena. There are tasks that baffles you and ensures that you walk out with a clear mind and fills your appetite for learning new stuff!!

When our grandkids come to town, they love going here. We take them in the morning and they want to stay till closing. The exhibits engage the kids in playful experimentation with fun items...water, bubbles, electronics, crafts. Kinds fun for adults too!
