We stayed here n the 2 bedroom cabins located offsite they are a little run down but were super clean and very handy to all that you needed. Would stay again if we can get another deal for this type of accom.

30 years ago we came here for our 2nd day of our honeymoon. We thought why not do it again. We had a lovely surprise of a card and a bottle of bubbles in our room. Such a nice thing to do. It is just as beautiful now as it was back then. Service is awesome and the room lovely. Unfortunately the weather wasn't as good, but we found some walks to do and there is a movie theatre in the chateau, so you can enjoy movies on a not so good day. Thanks for making our day.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay on a rather bleak evening. The location should have been grand but low cloud shielded the mountains.
Although comfortable, the service was generally pedestrian. The options for meals were two extremes - an in between choice would have been nice. Still there's an old fashioned grandeur that made the stay worth it
