I have stayed in the Hotel a couple of time. It is perfectly located and the hotel itself is gorgeous and friendly. The new suits have an amazing private sauna with a clean and beautiful interior design. And it is pet friendly, fantastic. I totally recommend.

Sometimes places are quite erratic in the services mainly in beaches that depends on the high season to sustain the business.

Not the case : always a great professional service with a touch of cosy.

Very near to the villa , in front of the famous YCI with a remarkable breakfast and brand new area with great rooms.

Deserves a stay.

The Real Villa Bella Hotel is wonderful for a stay in Ilhabela. The entire staff made check-in, island activities, food, check-out, everything very easy, simple and fun. Room had a great balcony and appeared very clean. Great value

I visited here in early November.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the reception.

The hotel interior is well designed and the gardens look nice.

Our room was spacious, although the decor is relatively basic.

The room included all the mod cons you need except for a kettle, coffee, tea etc. We had a view of the gardens which was nice.

The bathroom was nice and shower powerful. However, bring your own toiletries - you only get small bottles!

The breakfast was good - lots of fruit, bread, cakes and more. You can also have eggs on request. The coffee was fab!

The hotel is close to the town but away from the 'noise' (not that it's a noisy place). The walk into town is good, as well as to local beaches.

One downside was that they are currently building a new block of rooms. Work started early and ended late. We were up early anyway, but you could hear it if you were having breakfast or sat by the pool. It was also unsightly.

I wouldn't avoid the hotel as a result but take some earplugs if you want a long lie in.

Another downside was a couple of dogs in local houses that barked a lot. I know this isn't the fault of the hotel but it was annoying.

The hotel was relatively quiet with only a few others guests. I liked this but it did mean there was very little atmosphere at breakfast or at the bar in the evening.

I would definitely visit again if I am in Ilhabela.

I only experienced the restaurant. It is charming and sophisticated, both the setting and the menu. Mostly Italian cuisine. The fish en croute with limone risotto was very good. The wine list was carefully assembled, and they seemed to actually have the wines listed. The service was professional and fast. Good value, as well. All in all, a very nice alternative in Ilhabela, right across the street from the Yacht Club Ilhabela.
