“Great Trip to Cromer”
Reviewed 14 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

Excellent quiet position.
Excellent kitchen - both layout and equipment
All essentials were in the Chalet and it was comfortable.
Good aids for elderly or infirm occupants. Also the Chalet was on the level, so no steps or steep inclines to climb to get to the chalet. Car parking is also very close.
Plenty of heating, so should be no problem in keeping warm, even when a little chilly outside.
We had a great time.

Little improvements would be:
A table lamp in the lounge area.
A shelf in the bathroom, so that toiletries could be stored on the shelf instead of on the cistern.
But these are little improvements and should not detract from an overall comfortable chalet in a great position.

Cromer and North Norfolk is a great location for a holidays at any time of the year and this chalet makes a great base. - Go for it!

“Lovely quiet spot with a short walk to the cliff, down to the town”
Reviewed 17 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

A lovely little chalet that invites you to make friends for a week with your neighbours in the circle. A great spot for walking along the coast and for going to all sort of places for day trips. Just be aware that you need pound coins for the electricity meter, but other than that is a great trip away.

“Lovely position”

Very nice chalet and beautiful spot. Car parking was good and the walk to the beach is lovely. The chalet park is bigger than I expected but nicely laid out.

“Lovely Chalet”
Reviewed 29 July 2014 for a stay in July 2014

Chez Shells is a self catering chalet on the quiet and beautifully kept Kings Chalet Park in Cromer and is a perfect base for a holiday in North Norfolk. There are dozens of interesting places to go within easy driving distance and the beach and Cromer town centre are only a 15 minute walk away along the cliff path.
The chalet itself is clean, tidy and in excellent decorative order, it is also comfortable and well appointed. Like all the chalets on this site the inside is not particularly spacious but perfectly adequate for a family holiday. The one minor criticism I have is the mattress on the double bed which seems to be a little weak on the edges, it's ok once you are in but when getting in and out of bed you have to be careful not to be tipped onto the floor.
Overall I would say that Chez Shells is very good value for money for rented self catering accommodation in a popular seaside resort.
