“A Great Little Hideaway”
Reviewed 7 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

Excellent accommodation for two and our pet dog. Lovely and clean with a good range of facilities. Beautiful courtyard outside with table and chairs. One of the best "Welcome Packages" I have experienced, especially Dom's bread. Excellent information sent by the owner a week before and very helpful on our arrival. Although it's a very rural location it is only 8 miles from the coastal beaches. There are however some narrow country lanes which need to be negotiated to get to Bailey's Barn so care is needed. We had a great holiday break staying here and I would certainly recommend this accommodation and hope to return at sometime in the near future.

“Getaway from the hustle and bustle”
Reviewed 30 March 2015 for a stay in March 2015

Excellent accommodation with all the little extras provided by Gill and Dom to make for an exceptional holiday away from it all. Included in the welcome pack was Dom's tasty home-made bread. Warm welcome received - nothing was too much trouble. Hardly any light pollution allowed us to view the night skies and star formations. A bird feeder was thoughtfully positioned outside the kitchen window so we could watch the birds feeding. A relaxing break in a rural setting. We would highly recommend this holiday barn or one of the other two larger adjoining barns which are available in the courtyard.

“A quiet peaceful retreat”
Reviewed 14 March 2015 for a stay in March 2015

This is more like a home than a holiday let. Comfortable, clean, warm and very well equipped with everything you are likely to need and more. A well stocked welcome basket and lovely crisp bedlinen and fluffy towels. Underfloor heating and a woodburner for cold days. A very peaceful area with lots of good walks and just a few miles from the coast with it's traditional seaside towns and miles of miles of beaches. No night sky light pollution here so for those who like star gazing the night sky is spectacular.

“Ideal”
Reviewed 8 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Stayed here with our dog recently and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The Barns are conveniently situated for travelling to the Norfolk coasts and local towns. There is also local walks close to the Barns. Baileys Barn is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped should you need to make use of the facilities and the Welcome Pack is wonderful especially the lovely fresh bread. Thoroughly recommended Thankyou Gill
