This is an amazing hike up a beautiful mountain.
You will need proper walking shoes , water, hats as there is no shade on the walk.
I recommend this walk during, the cooler months and would suggest you avoid it during July and August as it’s far to hot and there and the added risk of fire due to idiots smoking or just excess heat and you wouldn’t want to be on the mountain in a fire.
But, during the rest of the year it’s something you must do. There is various walks catering for the less active to the super fit. Enjoy but keep safe
