Nice hotel, very good room with nice sea views and excellent bathroom. Communal areas in very good order and staff friendly and generally helpful.
We selected the full board choice and the food was, for this sort of hotel, very nice with plenty of choice. Bar prices were extremely fair for a hotel and generally, for the price paid all was good.
Only complaint was the howling mess they made of the birthday cake I provided with candle. It was delivered to our table still in the packaging and with no candle. Really very disappointing.
Despite this I would recommend this establishment

The location is great and the hotel seemed clean and well maintained. The room was up to standard for a 4 star hotel and cost over $200/night for 3. Here's the problem, we booked directly via the hotel's website to be good guys. The rate included free parking, free breakfast, and 1 hour spa session. Well there was absolutely no parking available- free or paid, the spa was sold out, and the breakfast started after we were planning to leave. I emailed them to ask when breakfast started but they never replied.

So we couldn't use any of what was offered. Plus all the lounges at the pool were being used and when we found a couple of open ones we were informed that those cost more money. I the bar food could have been better: ie: sandwich and burger.

I may stay here again but this stay was below expectation. That's disappointing.

First of all, i would like to say that i was not expect such a nice 4* hotel.
The hotel is in very good condition.Perfect organised and maintained.
All staff is very polite and helpful.
The room are big and clean, the bathroom too.
The location is perfect, in front of the nice beach and walking distance to old part of the town.
The old town is very pleasant with old castle, tiny streets, smal shops and a lot of restaurants.
The pool in the hotel is very clean-every morning they check the quality of water.
The food in the hotel was amazing.
Tons of sea dishes- gambas, calamares, shells, different type of fish+ pork and chicken.
Every night they offer thematic food:
Mexican, French, Italian...
The chef of kitchen takes care and everything is under control.
The food is very delicious and various.
I would like to say one more time Muchas gracias to the chef from Argentina - he is real gem !!!
I will come back for sure.
