First of all, i would like to say that i was not expect such a nice 4* hotel.
The hotel is in very good condition.Perfect organised and maintained.
All staff is very polite and helpful.
The room are big and clean, the bathroom too.
The location is perfect, in front of the nice beach and walking distance to old part of the town.
The old town is very pleasant with old castle, tiny streets, smal shops and a lot of restaurants.
The pool in the hotel is very clean-every morning they check the quality of water.
The food in the hotel was amazing.
Tons of sea dishes- gambas, calamares, shells, different type of fish+ pork and chicken.
Every night they offer thematic food:
Mexican, French, Italian...
The chef of kitchen takes care and everything is under control.
The food is very delicious and various.
I would like to say one more time Muchas gracias to the chef from Argentina - he is real gem !!!
I will come back for sure.

Our room was facing the ocean & beach, had our own private balcony, comfortable bed, good bathroom & room very clean. Excellent choice & huge range for breakfast as well as evening meal. Bar area small but very good service. Parking is available at cost. Location is very good love Pensacola just wished could of stayed longer

Facing the beach and lovely boardwalk this is a clean hotel with a few good extras. Low on charm, but not unfriendly this property is well maintained.

Room was comfortable, design and furniture unimaginative but clean and in excellent condition.

The breakfast was HUGE and so was the breakfast crowd. It was busy! Lots of tables to accommodate all, and multiple coffee machines in various areas shows this hotel cares about managing the volume of hungry guests. Excellent choices of healthy and not so healthy foods...as folks want both when on holiday.

Decent gym, and fun live band with dancing...it is loud throughout the lobby, but the musicians and singer were excellent...so it was good fun.
