The location of the hotel is excellent, right across from a beach which is not crowded versus other parts of Peniscola. The hotel itself provides great accommodation with spacious rooms and tasty meals. While we didn’t engage very much in the entertainment part we enjoyed the hotel beach at preferential rates and fresh beach towels every day. The walk to the Peniscola castle was aprox 40 mins but foot, but due to the high season the old town was very crowded so we enjoyed every moment of our stay at the hotel and would definitely return.

Clean, tidy and well maintained. Great communal areas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food can be repetitive but it is fresh and well prepared. We love it here.
The location is a little out of town (30 minute walk) but we enjoy that.

We stayed here for 1 night only on a stopover
between Barcelona and Valencia. The hotel has an amazing location - across the road from a stunning beach. The sea at Peniscola was as blue as the Caribbean whilst we were there - gorgeous.

This is a mainly Spanish hotel in terms of guests - I think we were the only Brits (which we didn’t mind obviously!)

The hotel is a combination of one storey rooms and a taller block at the back. It was nice to be on the ground floor with easy access to pools (which are quite small to be fair) and beach. The rooms are very clean and adequate. The shower pressure was incredible! The rooms are quite ‘no frills’ and basic.

The food was ok. We only had 1 dinner and 1 breakfast and to be fair they were nothing special - typical buffet style but perfectly edible. We would definitely return to Peniscola again for the beach - the location of this hotel means we would come back.
