During my recent stay at this hotel, I encountered several issues that detracted from the overall experience. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant took 30 minutes to process our check-in, and the hotel's outdated decor and musty smell gave the impression of an outdated club med. Indoor corporate plants were oddly positioned throughout the lobby, and there were two random slot machines.

The food was disappointing and resembled cafeteria-style options found on a cruise ship. Additionally, we paid an overpriced rate of 125 euros for a hotel that should have been priced closer to 50 euros. Furthermore, our room was not clean or updated, and we found dark short hairs all over the bed after removing the bedspread.

While the staff were friendly, the cafeteria staff were very strict. It was also concerning to find that there were no options for bottled water in the hotel at night, and none were provided in the room.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, particularly if you are looking for comfortable and clean accommodations.

We felt "nickled and dimed" by this resort despite paying for both full board and all inclusive. They have a lot of restrictions and rules with both. Additionally despite checking in advance to ensure the pool would be open we arrived to find it closed and the only option to pay yet additional to use the facilities in the Spa, plus pool towels were not included (even with Full Board and All Inclusive, nor was the Gym. As others have also mentioned the A/C in the unit was less than useless and just made noise, did nothing to cool the unit down. Luckily we were there in late October so were able to keep the windows open but then you have to deal with the noise and smoke of the other guests. Definitely not our favorite stay, honestly in the bottom 5 of resorts we've stayed in over 20+ years

I am a tour guide working for a company in Torrevieja, I have just come back from a 4 day stay here. I took 59 very happy Norwegians. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, the swimming pool was fabulous and some people enjoyed a swim even in October. The food was plentiful with lots of choices, well cooked and very tasty, non of my group had any complaints with any of it and I ate rather too much because it was delicious!
There was a bus every 1/2 hour into Peníscola that ran until 12.00, some people enjoyed walking into town with lots of pit stops on the way for a beer!
We all enjoyed the nightly music and dancing by the swimming pool. The hotel has several more places to enjoy your evening but not all open at this time of year.
I used the spa, 14 euros well spent, a quite large pool with plenty of jets, towels and a robe were included and a nice relaxing area with a choice of teas, you get 90 minutes but no one chased me out when my time was up.
As you can imagine it’s quite hard to please 59 people but they all raved about this great hotel. I’m coming back in the summer with my husband for a holiday! See you again soon and thanks for a lovely relaxing stay and 2 kilos in weight that I put on!
