Large numbers hotel.what dissatisfied us was haveling to pay 20 euros each for use of indoor swimming pool.
The only friendly person was the German lady at the spa .other staff not very friendly. Breakfast very good it's not all negative. When I asked for plastic cups I was told to go to reception. These cups should be replaced daily in our rooms.

Good room, very large. Three large windows.
Problem with the light from the large windows. At the night, the wind disturbed to sleep
Chek-in very slow.
Parking costs 14 Euros/day.
Blue zone around the hotel, from 10 am to 22 h. At summer from 10 am to 2.00 am.

never been treated so bad in all my life they only cater for french and Spanish nothing in English.
booked an economy room and got a disabled adapted room
we complained but they wasn't interested.we then paid for a standard room with their advice we were told by reception if we book a standard room we would get a normal room we asked to look at a standard room but reluctantly wanted to show us one but they did eventually.they said if we book a standard room we would get a room just like this but when we checked out and checked in again they gave us the same room that we was just in (just to annoy us).Roomdi.com also Logitravel agreed to give us a full refund but have gone back on their word since then still waiting 2 months
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL YOU WILL REGRET IT.

We arrived at reception at 10 pm to be handed a map of how to get to our apartment. We were informed that it was 2.2 kilometres away ( which turned out to be as the crow flies and nearer 3 by road ). It is on the side of a mountain and once found (after about 20 minutes )there were 40 steps down from the road to get to it. At no stage of the booking process or on the webpage was there a mention that the apartments were not on site. The apartment was in a residential area ( television not working, no kettle , 1 pot, musty smell ) with no shops , bars, cafes or supermarkets within a kilometre. We complained the next morning and were met with a shrug of the shoulders. I went into town and booked somewhere more suitable and am now fighting for a refund on a mis-sold holiday. 30th anniversary ruined and they couldn't have cared less. Cant comment on the hotel which looked ok but beware booking an apartment.

Room tip: Book somewhere else

We had a corner room with dual aspect views of the old town. the room is ultra modern so the floor to ceiling windows made the views even better. The hotel was clean, very modern but impersonal.

the location to the sea and restaurants was very good.

No coffee machines in the room. The breakfast was average with the worst fresh orange I have ever had

Given an average overall because although the hotel is nice and clean throughout (bedroom, public areas, restaurant), the bedrooms are just functional. The blinds do not blackout the bedroom ( for me essential when the sub rises early in the mornings ). And why only one chair in a room for two persons.
Shower was nice and powerful with plenty of hot water. But no toothpaste and toothbrush with the bathroom amenities.
Very nice view of the castle and the beach.
Had dinner in the restaurant. Buffet. Poor quality but plenty of it. ( I think the quality was down to the fact that the hotel was very busy with retired Spanish on cheap coach tours. Very prevalent throughout Spain at the end of the holiday season ).
Breakfast was much better, except no hot food.
Staff were very pleasant and reception efficient.
If the food had been better I would have said a little better than just ok.
