The house has four or five apartments, I couldn't work out which. Our first floor apartment was very modern inside, with one large bedroom and a comfortable lounge/dining room. There was also a balcony with furniture, excellent for eating outside. The cooking facilities are limited, with no oven and only two rings on the electric stove. The apartment is cleaned every day.
Wi-fi was good with reasonably fast speeds. We were, however, the only occupants of the house, so I don't know how it would cope with more users.
The house is set in extensive grounds, with a very cute robot mowing the grass throughout the day. The views from the grounds are superb, down a valley with mountains all around.
The house is on a main road, with some traffic noise throughout the day and night. While this is well damped in the living room, there is little sound insulation in the bedroom, so you may want to bring earplugs if you are disturbed easily at night.
The Asturian coast is nearby, at Cudillero and Cabo Vidio, and other major sights of Asturias are within easy reach via the excellent motorway, which is not a toll road in this part of Spain. Further away, but well worth the journey, is the Picos de Europa National Park.
