Gorgeous views, good food with traditional Romanian meals, very nice and helpful staff, a lot of activities that you can do during your stay such as, horse riding, swimming, playing areas for kids, spa, bar zones.

First time we were there in 2008, with some friends, for a weekend. No special memories, on the contrary, on that Sunday morning we were awaken by some workers just nearby our lodge, before 7:30 AM. So we decided it’s enough.
Now, we were invited here for a family event, and this time we travelled together with our kids.
The resort was just above our expectations. Plenty of playgrounds for kids and not only, good food (only the terrace is open now), welcoming guests. Given that this has been the first weekend after covid restrictions were partially lifted, all kinds of safety measures were in place, so we felt quite protected.
Bottom line, definitely a place to come back to.

There's so much to do in the hotel grounds alone that you barely need to leave at all! There are several types of activities ranging from workshops and animal encounters to karaoke. There's a miniature "zoo", outdoor pools, and a fantasy park. You can put a lot of time in just exploring the grounds for all the novelties they have at place and it's all very interesting. It's a great place for families with children!

The rooms are quite big, which was impressive and the decor is very simple but functional. However the plumbing seems to be quite out of date as it was very noisy, at least that was the case in our specific vila. It was also quite weird that the doors had one actual, physical key, so if you are travelling with other people you are pretty much glued to each other whenever out and about.

The breakfast and every other dining experience is held at the same place, a restaurant in the middle of the grounds. It has a very nice rustic decor and delicious food, however on a busy night it gets incredibly hot inside and there's no air conditioning.
