This hotel has been a place that I've been going to for over a year. There needs to be some type of renovations. All Sheratons are not the same.
There's a lot of staff turnover,although they were very customer friendly!!

Great breakfast and service prepared by Debbie, Lakitg and Tyrone. Food was prepared quickly and the Omelet was great. Atmosphere was pleasant. Staff were friendly and greeted you like you were family.

This hotel represents more of a low budget location than a Sheraton or Marriott. The room was dirty - tub, bathroom floor, trash under the bed, wall stains, and musky odor from the ac.
The bed was comfortable and the staff was
nice, but the property needs work. Also, the
door security appears to be an illusion because the the door itself had a huge gap, the inner latch was loose and you can rock the door back and forth with ease. Needless to say, this was not a pleasant stay which I ended up cutting short. I have seen a few reviews where the hotel responds with ‘these reviews are anonymous’ etc - here is what I offer. While the reviews may be anonymous, they offer a good insight from the perspective of a client. If thorough quality checks are being performed on the cleaning staff, looking under the bed, inspecting bathroom floors, running the ac, etc, you can quickly see where your root cause may be and in a position to fix the issues. There was another concern; breakfast was not ready by 6:35 am - restaurant opens at 6:30am. Business travelers rely on schedules and promptness - please make it a point to be ready to go on time and have a clean and comfortable stay for your client.

It is difficult for some customers to go and complain and in some cases not feel singled out or made to feel terrible when they simply are giving their opinion. Therefore, these types of reviews often offer the best account of a customer’s impression.

Without the staff, we probably would have asked for our money back. We had several issues with our door. Upon checking in we were able to get in but when we left for dinner, we realized the room door did not lock. We called the front desk and someone had to reprogram the lock. Upon our return, we could not get into our room and called the front desk for assistance. After waiting longer than expected, we went downstairs to see what was taking so long and Lisa was so helpful. She called someone on her walkie talkie and they met us at our door. The room could definitely use some deep cleaning. Despite all the inconvenience, the breakfast staff/chefs were amazing! They were very pleasant and the food was on the level of a 5 star hotel. Although this property is a category 2, it should have enough pride to maintain a sense of decency.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here a few times, and since then we’ve come back for the FOOD, and customer service alone! Great breakfast, everything made fresh and you get what you pay for! Ask for shayla if you go in, she is absolutely amazing. Great customer service, great personality, and she makes a bomb omelette. :)
