We waited in line like every other tourist... the food was expensive BUT it really is GOOD! Try the sample platter for chowder and pick 4 or 6... they are all amazing. I particularly liked the coconut and lime chowder.

Yum!!! We had the clam chowder and the seafood bisque. The kids (9 & 12) weren’t so sure, but once they tried it they were sold! There are two locations, and both are great. Two thumbs up!

This is as a bit disappointing. I stood in line for almost 40mins and was keeping an open mind that it was going to be very good based on their reviews and what I heard from the people in line, also based on the buzz they have heard
about this place.

I ordered the combo of clam chowder and Dungeness crab roll. First off, the portions were pretty small ~ more like a sampler. The soup was too salty and the crabmeat in the sandwich/roll was still cold, as it n newly thawed mixed in with a little bit of some sort of mayo.

Sad to say, that this place did not meet my expectations based on their reviews and they he hype. Not going back there.

They have won awards for this chowder and it is very good. Party of four all ordered the clam chowder and we all stated that it was very good but not up to the hype that goes with it. The lines were long and we had to eat standing up due to the fact there were no seats in this small area. It is worth it just to say you did it.

I had the seafood chowder and it was the best I've had. This is a must if you are here in Seattle. It's worth it and inexpensive.
