Place was very clean. Excellent view from the 25th floor. You are able to walk to many resturaunts, downtown, the pier, and shopping. If you have a car you can pay for parking in the building, and it is reasonable. Small grocery near by for supplies.
Five adults and one toddler stayed here in August and the 180` views were spectacular. Best location for walking to Seattle Center, Pikes Market, waterfront ferries, restaurants and night life. There is no AC but the breezes through the multiple windows and fans keep the unit cool even on hotter days. Although the unit is sparsely furnished, beds are comfortable and the lack of knickknacks made safe cruising for our toddler. Many groceries deliver and there are small markets nearby for necessaries. We only had to wait for elevators one day when someone was moving out. Unit only has salt and pepper, no coffee filters, minimal or missing supplies for dishwasher, washer/dryer, bathrooms so be prepared to buy or bring your own. Very small inconvenience in exchange for beautiful sunrises and sunsets and the Space Needle right out your window. Customer service responded quickly to all my questions before we arrived - great vacation!!
We had a family reunion of 3 couples stay here in April 2017. It is a nice 10 to 15 minute walk from all the great sites for a 1st time visit to Seattle or a 5 minute walk to the bus for a short ride to the downtown area. Don't skip out on the nice walk by the water as well. We really enjoyed our stay and the host offers immediate responses. Also, we found a great mexican restaurant, Taqueria Cantina, a couple of blocks away that you should visit.
The unit had spectacular views, was clean, had three nice beds, and was situated perfectly within a mile walk of everything downtown. Seattle is big. That means a lot.
We had a fantastic experience here and had the best view of the space needle and sound. The bedrooms are spacious and very clean and perfect for our family of 6. The only thing I will say is that the arrival instructions are kind of complicated and it would be nice if we could somehow have had access to park first and then unload. The current instructions make you unload in the front with a 3 minute limit. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and rushing around like a crazy person trying to unload 6 people from a van within 3 minutes and then running up to the unit to grab parking pass and run back downstairs to then go park. Felt like the amazing race. Other than that, our stay was excellent!
