We have eaten at Spinasse in the Capitol Hill neighborhood twice in the last two months and each time was thoroughly enjoyable. To start, we had the Antipasto Misto which was a taste of each of the appetizers. A great way to taste lots of their dishes. All of the pasta is homemade and I think we have tasted each of their pastas over two visits and have loved all of them. The lamb Agnolotti, which is a ravioli type pasta, is particularly good. Nice wine selection too. Highly recommend.
