1. The pre-ordered items, pillows etc. were not in room upon arrival. We asked and they were delivered. So far, in the past two years, I have yet to have the pre-ordered items (beverage, flowers, pillows) available upon arrival. Disappointing.2,
2. Elevators were not working well, caused significant delays and almost missed two important events off site.
3. Food is below par for a Hilton, both in variety of selection and in quality. Disappointing.
4. Cost of parking is outrageous!, Local parking garages nearby were significantly less cost per day.More
