Wonderful professional service staff. Got off ship and took a cab ($14) to hotel. Bellman took our luggage to store while we explored Seattle. Hotel called when our room was ready. Free bottle of water per person per day was great. WiFi was okay but signed me out sporadically.
Took light rail to airport. Only $1.25 for Senior and station was across the street. Housekeeping was great. Amenities were nice.

Our second stay at the Mayflower, this time for Seattle U graduation, held conveniently at the Seattle Center. The adjacent monorail made round-trip travel to the Seattle Center quick and easy! We flew into the Seattle airport and took Uber to the hotel since it was midnight. Last time we took the light rail to and from the hotel... convenient, safe and inexpensive.
The Mayflower was beautifully appointed—we splurged and had a double queen room with two bathrooms, worth every cent. Beautiful linens, high-end toiletries. Coffee pot in the room along with refrigerator and complimentary water every day. Elevator accessible only with key card so an extra feeling of security.
Brunch on Sunday at the hotel restaurant, Andaluca— superb service and the food was delicious.
The location of this hotel is wonderful—such a walkable area, and the light rail is so convenient. Try the Mayflower, you’ll love it....and you’ll be happy to return!!

I loved the structure of this place! She's a classy old dame! Love that the Concierge was very helpful-Rob was fabulous! Great restaurant recommendations! Loved Oliver's for the Absinthe dispenser and "list"! Classic cocktails and beautiful windows! It's an experience staying here and walking the City, you're right next to the best of all the best of the Fabulous shopping and blocks from Pike's Place!
The elevators are beautiful but slow, so just go with the flow! You're greeted in style with courteous staff!

Courteous, attentive staff. Quick check in, tho early check in would have been nice. Great bar with good beer selection. Had breakfast in the restaurant; our waiter was very accommodating so we could get our meal quickly to make our connections. Room was clean, bed comfy, nice surroundings. Location was great; easy walk to all sights. Will go book again.

Room Tip: Not a cheap stay, but great for a special get away

Spent one night here as part of the Clipper Vacations. Went down for the Mariners Fireworks night. Such a classy and clean hotel! Staff were very friendly. The lounge however was very slow for service. Even just a bottle of beer truly shouldn't take that long, especially since the two times we went...they were not very busy. Overall...great place and location. We will definitely go back!
