First time using our RCI points what a great location. We usually stay in Waikaloa this time we stayed here and were not disappointed. Highly recommended, the place feels like Hawaii should feel, close the airport and good snorkel locations

Stayed here in January 2011. It has secure elevators to get you to your condo. Condo was very clean and lots of extras to let you enjoy your vacation. I guess it depends on which condo you rent but ours was on 6th floor. View of ocean and up Hualalai. Included high speed internet, phone, beach chairs and bags, small coolers and ice packs for beach, beach umbrella and towels. There is a laundry facility on 1st floor. Manager lives in building so is always around if you need help. Farmers market was just a half block away in front of condo. They do have a small pool and shared BBQ area. We are going back next February.
