Me and my family stayed here for a week! Which just wasn’t long enough! The hotel was very clean and facilities were excellent!!! The staff were very very friendly and it became like a home away from home. The food was good, and always had plenty of options. The spa with the indoor swimming pool was so relaxing and the outdoor pool was brilliant as well. Such a calming place to stay! Yes it was mainly older couples but quite a few young couples arrived when we did, and me (aged 22) and my sister (aged 20) loved every second!
I will be coming back next year and booking for longer next time!!

This is more 4 than 5 stars Hotel. Very disappointing level of service. No one smiles. When I ask for lemonade, I got comment “it’s easier for me to bring You water than lemonade”. 45 minutes before breakfast ends it already looks like it’s finished. Pool is ok, lobby looks like on the pictures. Sea front is looking good too. Variety of choices for breakfast and dinner is ok. But this hotel is very far from 5 star and sometimes also 4 stars hotel. Worth to keep in mind this is large hotel complex, more “touristic factory” than lovely hotel for a romantic holiday. And in this case “adult only” is equal to “average age - 50”. Positive - live music in the evening. We’ve spent there 4 days and we have seen same people working in restaurant from 7 till 22, for all 4 days. Scary and sad.

First off this is not a bad hotel but of all
Of our hotels in Croatia this was the most expensive and not the best. Rooms clean but very basic. Breakfast had plenty of options but it is a large hotel so expect huge crowd. Only stayed one night on drive through so can’t speak to other parts of hotel. Man standing at front which I assumed was doorman/baggage handier didn’t offer a smile a greeting or assistance....not sure why he’s there. Front desk not overly welcoming either. Not the warmest welcome when we first entered Croatia so thought this was how the country was....first impressions and all. But I ended up really enjoying Croatia and the people. Very friendly.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights mid June 2018.

The hotel has positive features, one of them being that it is quiet around the pool area as it is an adults only hotel.
It is a clean hotel, rooms and public areas kept well.
The staff are polite, friendly and accommodating.

The walking paths around the hotel are extensive.
The ocean area is a coral reef, and best to wear rubber shoes when going in the water. The hotel have done a nice job of building a lounging area right at the ocean side, it is large enough to accommodate guests, and has lounge chairs with umbrellas.
For us these where positive points about the hotel.

Negative- we purchased breakfast and dinner included. This was a mistake. I only recommend purchasing breakfast inclusive. The dinning hall is a very large room, to accommodate all guests, which can be as many as 400 in an area not large enough for 300! Everyone ascends on the dinning room at 7-7:30 pm hoping to be first in line and get good seating. Some people overfill their plates, leaving a lot of food uneaten, this is so disturbing to watch. The lines for food are extensive, and people reach in front of you for food, one,man pushed me to get in the line in front of me. Really it was just awful. The F&B manager does his best to direct traffic, and deal with multiple problems.
It is the most unrelaxing atmosphere to have an evening meal. People who accept this style of eating are only interested in filling their stomachs, no value put on ambience and relaxation.
This is not 5* hotel behavior!!
Upon mentioning this to the F&B manager he was very understanding and suggested we eat at the al a carte restaurant in a different location, and offered a good rate, although more than we paid for the inclusive buffet. We ate there for the next 3 nights and it was far superior. The one thing is that this special only has one menu with 4 choices, so we ate the same dinner two night out of three because we did not prefer the other choices.
The server Lilliajna was excellent, thoughtful, promoted a feeling of relaxation, polite and efficient.
The noise generated by 3-400 people in a large hall with chairs very noisily scratching the floor, also created an unpleasant environment. There are no partitions in this room to cut noise, or create an ambience of intimacy.
I do believe the management does not feel this is important, just feed the masses!
I think the hotel is full occupancy, as the price is competitive, as well as other features it offers, like adult only.
If you wish to stay at a 5* hotel, this is not it. If you wish to pay a reasonable rate, have a clean bedroom, a pool and ocean facility, it may be a good choice.

Been here 4 times during the last 8 years. Always stayed in a suit.

This year, 2018, the standard has clearly gone right down the drain.

No smiles, no service, no class. You can not order a glass of wine if you dont show some paper in advance, and the first thing they ask you, - cash or on the room? How about being alittle serviceminded and friendly attitude first!?

The gym/fitness center has only one machine left that is working!

The food is worse than any fastfood restaurant! Overboiled and tasteless.

You can clearly see the strategy in this hotel. Getting as much people in for as little cost you can. The staff has been reduced and also the services.

Will not come back again for sure
