Wow. Where do I even begin!? First and foremost the villa itself is beautiful. It is spacious, well kept and focused on the beautiful Adriatic sea. Perfect for a luxury seaside getaway. The 15' high sliding glass doors across the front of the house open to allow the breeze to come in off the ocean filling the whole upstairs. The smell of the salt water and the crashing waves keeps you in tune with where you are – paradise! The house is in center of Novigrad allowing quick access to restaurants, food, banks, etc. The house also comes with two reserved off street parking spaces.

Amenities in the house are wonderful…fully equipped kitchen, nice music speakers in the living room, clean bedrooms, and comfortable beds plus housekeeping service every day. The bathrooms are very nice as well – although only the master bedroom and downstairs Sauna have fixed showers heads. The other bathrooms have a showerhead you actually have to hold while showering which is not ideal but not a deal breaker for such a stellar house. The ground floor has a pool and sauna area also with sliding glass doors which open to an outdoor patio area with a motorized canvas covering if you want out of the Sun. This area overlooks the sea as well and includes a full BBQ/grill setup. Finally on the rooftop is an glass wall enclosed sundeck overlooking the sea and including a hot tub. Following the sea in front of the house is a 15-20' rock walkway which circles around to the harbor area.I would be negligent not to mention the wonderful customer service provided by the host, Lorena. She is available whenever you need her and as friendly and kind as could be. She will point you in whatever direction you are trying to go… leading you to the best food and excursions you will find. We would have missed out on so many exceptional meals and day trips had it not been for Lorena’s suggestions! Lorena went above and beyond when we needed her… service I have not yet seen from another host. She truly made this trip spectacular and I cannot say enough great things about her!
I neglected to check my rental agreement on the car and put 1/3 of a tank full of gas in a diesel car. I called Lorena for help in dialing local numbers and she immediately took over and called the repair shop, got them to fix the car in six hours and then delivered the car back to the house while we enjoyed our day in Novigrad. Fantastic!

We booked this villa for 5 nights as a group of 2 families with 4 children and it suited us perfectly. Four bedrooms, each of them with own bathroom. Big livingroom, great teraces. Kids loved the swimming pool.

Even if your body batteries are completely empty they will be recharged within no time in this beautiful villa. From every cirner of the house the sea is only picture you will see. It is perfecty equiped and the indoors heated pool is to die for.

Taking a long shot, we booked the Villa following a last minute cancellation. Honestly, the house is even more lovely than the photos represent. Perhaps more importantly for our family of six (including four kids) - Lorena was as welcoming and helpful as possible. The sea and town are right there - but with Lorena's help we also explored the gorgeous Istrian countryside, the coast and hill towns. Despite a heat wave, we were never uncomfortable. The villa has A/C, there is a fabulous small lap pool inside....and the Adriatic is literally right out the front door - absolutely perfect to swim in and gaze at from the balcony. Highly recommend!
