The architecture, omg, the architecture.
Sore neck from looking up! Almost tripping over because I was too busy wondering around in awe

This is a 12 noon to 3am place for dancing, drinking, many different types of people from all types of heritage. Bourbon Street is very touristy with the same gift shops and bars. Don't forget the 'not so lucky' people so keep an eye on your personal effects even though there is a large presents of the New Orleans police department personnel in full view. A very vibrant place with much energy in evidence around. Lovely people and would recommend this place as a must do when in New Orleans.

I was intrigued by many of the wares the vendors had, some of which were by local artisans. Allow plenty of time to poke around since the market tends to be packed.
