Thieves work here. I was double charged for a 1 night stay. It doesn’t seem like management has any intention of returning my money either. They don’t return my calls, or reach out to me to get the problem resolved.
Weird how when I booked the stay, they were so excited for my arrival. But now that they know that they are in the wrong, they don’t even bother to pick up the phone or call me back when I leave a message.
If getting scammed is your thing, go ahead and book your stay. You’ve found the right place.

Great location, great staff and very clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay at the Waters hotel. We had a good time. A good place to take a weekend getaway. A lot of shops and things to see close by. Property is right across from Bathhouse row.

We are very fortunate to have the location across from Bathhouse row. Hopefully, you had a chance to visit our Rooftop restaurant/Louge as well. We will see you again soon!

This place is wonderful. The staff is amazing, the property was so nice. The location right across the street from Bathhouse Row was amazing. Really enjoyed the rooftop dining facilities. Can’t wait to return

The A/C is failing in the rooms, this appears to be an ongoing issue that they are aware of as they have box fans readily available to hand out to patrons. Other than the a/c issues the room was nice and staff was great.

Room tip: Inquire about the status of the A/C before booking, at $370 dollars a night!

Hot Springs does get Hot during this time of year. We are in the process of adding additional units to each room to see if this will help overcome the drastic AR heat.

The location is close to Hot Springs National Parks which makes walking easy, which is good given that you have to park valet at 18.00 a day and parking on street is limited. The rooftop bar was not open while I was there but I was told that it has great views. The staff were not as attentive as they could be and the valets were generally on their phone sitting down in main area and there to open the door for you or assist with parking unless prompted.

Thank you for your time and comments. Being downtown is a great asset, as we are close to most everything. We have addressed our Valet Company to ensure they put special training towards how staff uses their phones. We have been informed that much of the communication to park and retrieve cars go through their phones; however, perception is reality. The Valet staff must direct their attention towards you - our Guest first and foremost.
