It means a lot to our team to do better improvement to make guest’s stay experience become wonderful at The ONE Legian. We regret to hear the unpleasant experience that have mentioned towards our room and service. First, regarding our room type, we believe that it is clear explained on online booking about hotel facilities include room facilities. It has been explained that there is no any balcony In superior room and it is only deluxe room that has balcony. Second, regarding there is no any assistance to bring your luggage and to find the room, as 4 star hotel, it is part of hotel to give best service to our guest. It is indeed that we have offered to you to be escorted to the room with all of your luggage, however you refused it and just asked for which way to get the room. In this kind of situation, we try to understand about your request to keep away any misunderstanding. The last one, regarding spott tattoo, tatto ink Tattoo ink is one of the permanent spot that unfortunately not being able to remove. Even we tried to clean it it will not be as clean as before which means that it could be use anymore to other guest as it will be dirty. Since we could not use it anymore, it is just like breaking hotel property which we beliave that you have acknowledged it and sign that policy upon check in. However, we would do our best to assist guest to get their best experience during their stay as it is a mandatory for us to always take serious action for any feedback addressed by valued guest and assures if the best effort will be taken to resolve the issue whilst the guest is still staying with us.
