Beautiful holiday!!! The hotel has a family atmosphere, everyone is kind and will do anything for you. The beaches are beautiful, safari even more beautiful. I recommend ordering a safari trip from the local repos. We were satisfied and saved $ 160. The hotel description of the travel agency exactly corresponds. I would just add that we were only 8 people at the hotel and ourselves, so super. I do not know what else to say. Perhaps only asante sana Baobab sea lodge and jumbo Kenya. MONIKA and FROG

My colleagues and I stayed here for two nights.
We arrived at around 1am and spent more than 30 mins looking for someone to serve us at the reception. We had to walk back to the gate and the kind guard went to wake them up.
Despite having booked well in advance, they could not get our names on the reservation list and it was already 4 a.m by the time we got settled. Once in the room the shower was not working. Only a trickle of cold water and this was not addressed all through our stay.
Mmhh..Breakfast -it was served on time but it was cold and nothing to write home about.
The most horrifying part of the stay is when we were made to wake up from a table during breakfast to give room to a white couple. Reason given is that they had stayed in the hotel for a longer period than us and like the view from where we sat.
I personally have no interest in going there again as some guests seem more valuable than others.
And to the management, the grounds are nice the hotel is conveniently located but invest in guest relations..

Hello Rhoda,

Thank you for your review, we are very sorry for not finding someone to help you on time during your check-in, he was actually helping out other guest in another block and had to be notified by the guard to come back to assist.

We are also sorry for the water issue and can confirm that this was indeed rectified.

Our food is always hot to the expected temperatures, if the temperature wasn't satisfactory we do apologize for that.

The table in question had a "reserved" sign on it and the waiter politely asked you to take the next one, once more we are sorry if this offended you. Thank you for your positive comment on the general layout of the hotel. Be rest assured your next visit will be a completely different experience.

Thank you once more for your review, we will continue working to improve our services to you and other guests.

Kind Regards, Peter.

A relaxed, low key resort with plenty of shade and easy access to a gorgeous beach. Good buffet choices - omelettes and stir fries are freshly made. A great place to recover and relax after safaris inland. Volley ball and space for cricket on the beach. Tennis court too. Rooms have nets over the beds and both fans and air-con.

Room Tip: Individual bungalows quieter than older block.
