Best hotel I have stayed in in a very long time. Everything was perfect. The room was freshly remodeled, staff was excellent, breakfast was amazing. Quality establishment. I have stayed in some Hamptons that need attention, but this one is top notch.

If you stay in Fort Smith, stay at this Holiday Inn, you will not be disappointed. An excellent pet friendly property. I have lodged all over the world and have rarely found a better property at four times the price.

We had a good stay at this Hampton Inn. The room was clean and seemed to have been updated recently. The bathroom was spacious and extra clean. Breakfast was good and the location perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a great stay with good, fresh breakfast options. Staff was friendly as well. The one thing that seemed like it needed to be addressed was the AC. It seemed like the 4th floor AC had to run all the time. If you like it below 72 in the room to sleep then ask to stay on one of the first 3 floors. I didn't have trouble falling asleep but others might because of that.

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize that you had trouble with your a/c unit, I will be sure to have maintenance check on it. This Arkansas heat and humidity is terrible on our units. We look forward to seeing you again.

It was nice to relax in a place that made you feel like home. I had a great peace of mind knowing comfort was at the tips of my fingers. My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay in our suite at the Hampton Inn.
