We were driving (6/27) from Martinsburg to Hershey PA, and stopped here for lunch. It was raining hard, and although we had rain jackets, we entered the restaurant dripping wet. We went downstairs, and immediately felt the air conditioning going full blast. It was freezing. I asked if there was a warmer area, and was told that the entire restaurant is cooled.
Well, we figured that maybe it would be okay, once we sat down. We got a lovely booth, and sat down. Air conditioning vents seemed to be all over, and cold air was blowing on my legs. I looked around, and everybody was sitting there with their jackets on, hunched over, trying to keep warm. What kind of comfy and cozy atmosphere is that for a cool rainy day?
We got up and left. If they don’t care about the comfort of their customers, we don’t care about them.
