I have very little to say nice about this hotel, how it can operate as a sub division of the Radisson is beyond me. As this is cheap motel quality at best.

Room starts off with a sitting area, basic desk, a couch, chair and TV atop a set of drawers. No real complaints about this part of the room, but we didn't spend much time in it either.

Sitting room leads into a short hallway, to the left a kitchen like area with a sink, microwave, mini fridge and set of cabinets.

To the right is the bathroom, where stuff really starts to go downhill, bathroom appeared clean but the shower head was gross, there is black mold/mildew stains on the rubber rings of the hand rail, there was a huge chip/wear mark in the showers fiberglass veneer, the shower didn't properly drain, leaving you standing in an inch of water by the end of a shower. There was also a light bulb out above the sink.

The bedroom was a 2 queen bed suite, both beds were very hard and sagged, linens appeared clean. Walls very bare. The sound proofing here is pretty terrible and made for a poor night's sleep. Could constantly hear traffic despite not being that close to the road, and doors opening and closing in the hallways.

Breakfast was pretty good, but a poorly placed table made the yogurt, cream, and cream cheese inaccesable when other guests sat there, or when the breakfast attendant sat there playing on her phone.

The community pool and hot tub was gross looking and the jets were broken in the hot tub. We didn't even get in. Yuck.

After breakfast we and several other patrons on the 3rd floor were locked out of our rooms because our key card wasn't working, when we went to the front desk, she claimed it was from putting the card in our wallets and our credit card deactivated it. What a bunch of bull! Our key worked all day the day before despite being in our wallets next to our cards. And if that really is a reoccurring problem, maybe put a sign or verbally warn patrons at check in.

Wouldn't stay here again, glad we only needed one night.

We were pleased with how close to Route 15 , property is.Staff is pleasant, hotel property seems well kept. They put together a real nice selection for break feast. Our room was well designed, and had all amenities you can think of. We will return...

Hotel is clean, staff were all great & helpful. We held a reunion there and they went "all out" to make it a success. Easy access to downtown (via Rt 97) Gettysburg for resturants & Battlefield. Outlet mall is within walking distance.
The breakfast they provided was varied (6:30 -1030) and was easy access right off lobby.
Only neg. was the pillows were too small. Ask for extras!

Room tip: Upgrade to a suite. I used Rm 216 & it was very quite.
