Friendly staff but unfortunately the pre-made, factory falafel was horrible. The falafel was not fried or crispy, just sat on a flat top grill and reheated to a luke warm, soggy, state. Falafel was bound together with binders like flour and had a doughy taste. 11 dollars out the door and it was a small little pita, not worth the money at all. Id suggest sticking to a meat dish and pass on the veggie options.
Id probably give them one last chance and try a wrap with chicken.
