This place is centrally located, has fantastic service, and provides the option of a sleeper sofa, which was ideal for our family with teenagers. The elevators are absolutely spectacular and really fun. The comfort - beds, pillows, even the (relatively small) sleeper sofa - is awesome. In fact, the beds were so comfortable, I am now rethinking my bed at home. And as crazy as it was outside of our window, it was wonderfully quiet inside.
Location is perfect for nearly everywhere we wanted to be. We didn't bother with cabs or the subway and were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The biggest drawback is that there is no 'free' breakfast and you pay $25/day for - well, NOTHING - on top of the ridiculous prices already charged, and you can't use the 'credit' at the restaurant without paying a fortune to 'save' $25. The reason this place didn't get five stars is because paying THIS much for a hotel - anywhere - is just absurd. Comfortable though it may be, I am glad work paid for it.More
