Hotel has the feeling of a train station. Front desk doesn't seem to care. I booked what was advertised as a corner suite and got a joke of a room, even for New York standards (see photos). Room was dirty, couch looked uninviting. A/C was noisy and place had a general wer smell and feel. Bathrooms are as small as on planes. No status recognition whatsoever.
There is a typically overpriced Starbucks and store bit at least it's open 24 hours. No free water. Fridge in room is empty - no mini bar. Bottom line, there is nothing Grand about this property other than the grand mess of a lobby and grand pricing.
The "corner suite" with a view was technically a corner but must've been designed by a blind architect. The amazing view is for you to see. The stains on the glass doors speak volumes. More
